Returns or Refunds

Because our products include fresh flowers and edible items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered. These items are perishable and cannot be resold or reused.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Substitutions Policy

We always aim to create arrangements that match your order as closely as possible. However, in rare cases where a specific item is unavailable, such as:

  • Flowers
  • Wrapping paper
  • Boxes
  • Decorative materials

We reserve the right to substitute with similar flowers, colors, or packaging of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery and overall quality.

Any substitutions will be made thoughtfully to maintain the style, theme, and beauty of the original design.


Order Issues & Quality Concerns

If you experience any issues with your order, such as:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Significant damage during delivery

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review each concern carefully and do our best to offer a fair resolution.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been confirmed, as preparation begins immediately to ensure freshness and quality.
